Emergencies don't come with advanced warnings.

It is important for everyone over the age of 18

to have  an advanced care plan.

What we do - who we are

Certified Life Planner

What is an Advanced Care Plan?

  • It speaks for you if you are unable to speak for yourself.
  • It assures that your health care wishes are respected.
  • It allows you (not the State) to choose who will care for you - if you are ever incapacitated.
  • It protects your financial interests.
  • Most importantly, an Advanced Care Plan offers peace of mind.

Our Values

Each person has the God-given right to understanding, respect, and adherence to their wishes for their life - and the end of it. Every life is unique and deserves compassionate care and support during All Seasons of Life.

To alleviate the worry of having their rights removed from them, individuals over 18 should plan ahead to ensure that their  desires are understood and followed.

Yes! We are happy to meet with groups.! A 2-hour meeting allows each attendee to make decisions that will bring them peace of mind while helping them understand how to protect their future. To ensure that each attendee leaves with a fully completed document during a group meeting, we request you have a notary on hand.

Any legal Adult - 18 years old and above, needs an advanced care plan. Accidents happen. To assure that YOU (not the State or some random doctor) will decide what happens if you are incapacitated, a valid ACP can protect your rights.

Parents should encourage their young adult children to protect themselves with an advanced care plan - once a child reaches 18, a parent may no longer have the option of speaking on their child's behalf - even in a life-threatening emergency.
